Meet Our Team

Our Ethos

As former operators, entrepreneurs, and finance professionals working together for nearly a decade, we aspire toward the same qualities that define the teams with whom we partner: Hungry, Humble, and Smart – in that order.

We are...

We know what we do well individually and as a group, and we are intently focused on doing this with vigor, excellence, and depth.

We sharpen our knowledge and our skills in these areas and draw on the expertise of those around us in others. This is true in all aspects of our work and frames how we work with our companies.

An ownership mindset means we take it upon ourselves to forge new initiatives and see them through to finish, without hesitating to take bold decisions along the way.

Determined but agile, we are unafraid to roll up our sleeves or take the contrarian view, recognizing that we must operate outside the status quo to improve it. Unified by this shared responsibility, we collaborate relentlessly and win together.

Guided by complete trust and zero ego, we share everything openly, challenge unapologetically, and debrief often.

We learn quickly and adjust rapidly, and therefore accept the mistakes we make along the way. Ideas and decisions are evaluated based on the results they produce, and radical respect for one another creates an environment where the team as a whole can be greater than the sum of its individual parts.
